Friday July 15th and Sunday July 17th, 2022 I was fortunate enough to take part in a collaborative homage to Southern Baja Mexico and the San Francisco Bay Area with Chef Sean Baker and Beverage Director Anthony Keels. We provided a celebration of where we live, using techniques and traditions from our travels and experiences. The menu was rooted in Summer while being influenced by the surrounding seasons using fermentation and preservation.
