Conjure Reminiscence.
We host dinners inspired by wild edibles harvested from surrounding terroir. The purpose of these dinners is to curate a truly personal dining experience, conjuring nostalgic memories by way of taste and smell. The focus is rooted in the product. Our technique is not confined to a specific region in the world but what evokes nuance, contrasts, complements, and coaxes out intriguing characteristics of the flora and fauna which coexist within our environment. Events will occur dependent on nature and preserves. We look forward to showcasing what Mother Nature has generously offered us.

Tome
Adam is currently seeking a home for TOME—a rural destination in upstate New York or just across the border in Connecticut. There has been a long-held intention to create a restaurant fully aligned with his philosophy regarding how food should be grown, harvested, prepared, and shared.

If we feel the need to revert, we must repossess bygone skills and do so in harmonious tandem with the technique gained over the years. Use the template of tradition to enhance the capabilities we have today.
